Reporting of Misconduct

Accordingly, any person whether being an employee or a client who learns of violation, or a potential violation of applicable laws, such as Anti-bribery, Anti-money laundering & terrorist financing, or any Anti-corruptions Laws is required to note down his or her suspicion in the next page. Such case will be addressed confidentially. If not possible, the informant will be protected from retaliation in any form. In addition to this, no any action will be taken against the informant if possible violation isn’t proven.

وفقا لذلك؛ فإنه مطلوب من أي شخص سواء كان موظفا أو عميلا يعلم بانتهاك أو انتهاك محتمل الحدوث للقوانين السارية مثل مكافحة الرشوة، مكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب أو أي قوانين لمكافحة الفساد أن يدون شكوكه/ شكوكها في الصفحة التالية. سوف يتم تناول الحالة بسرية تامة. إن لم يكن ذلك ممكنا؛ فإنه سوف يتم حماية المخبر من الانتقام بأي شكل من الأشكال. بالإضافة إلى ذلك؛ لن يتم اتخاذ أي إجراء ضد المخبر إذا لم يتم اثبات الانتهاك المحتمل.
